About the Role:

As an Operations Expert, you play a crucial behind-the-scenes role that enables Apple’s customer-facing teams to deliver an exceptional experience. You drive operational excellence by ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient product movement, and adherence to Apple’s Retail Inventory processes. You also serve as a mentor to the operations team, helping them execute tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory tasks such as receiving, counting, returning, and shipping according to Retail Inventory processes.
• Mentor other team members in operational procedures to maintain high standards.
• Fulfill customer and internal product requests, supporting smooth front-line service.
• Support Operations Specialists by sharing inventory best practices.
• Collect and analyze inventory performance data to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory systems, including identifying and understanding variances.
• Perform other store tasks as needed, including customer-facing support.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate Apple’s core values, especially diversity and inclusion, in daily interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Reliable attendance, following local labor laws and approved accommodations.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products within and around the store.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
